A comprehensive subscription package, Heat as a Service makes the transition to green energy more accessible for commercial companies, eliminating the need for upfront capital investment and streamlining the installation and maintenance processes. The innovative subscription covers design and installation costs for a commercial-scale heat pump, a monthly rental fee, and ongoing service and maintenance.

  • Monthly Rental: A simple, monthly rental fee replaces the hefty initial investment, facilitating budget management and financial planning. 
  • Service and maintenance: Included within the monthly rental is a service and maintenance package, with system performance guaranteed.  

 Who is it for? 

Heat as a Service is designed for businesses and public sector organisations looking to decarbonise buildings within their estate portfolio with a heat demand in excess of [50]kW. This could be a block of flats with a central plant room currently running a gas fired boiler, or a leisure centre currently running a gas fired CHP unit – the applications are extensive and designs can range from 50kW to multimegawatt systems as required.
