DiPerk Power Solutions, the sole authorised distributor of Perkins engines in the UK and Ireland, is marking its 20th anniversary of delivering power solutions across multiple sectors, from critical infrastructure to power generation projects. Over two decades, the company has evolved from being a traditional engine distributor to becoming a comprehensive power solutions provider, embracing digitalisation while maintaining its core expertise in Perkins engine distribution and support.
This digital transformation has positioned DiPerk at the forefront of modern power solutions, as demonstrated by its recent success in powering Alderney Island. The project, which involved supplying eight advanced gensets including two Perkins 650 kVA standby generators, has eliminated power outages while reducing fuel consumption by 13.6 per cent and cutting power system overheads by 57 per cent.
