EA Technology, a global leader in asset management solutions for the power industry, is pleased to announce the launch of its new Apprenticeship Programme, available to businesses and individuals in full-time employment. This initiative aims to equip participants with the technical skills and knowledge needed to excel in the power sector through a blend of hands-on experience and structured learning.

The EA Technology Apprenticeship Programme offers specialised training across various technical roles within the power industry. This programme allows individuals to develop their expertise and gain practical experience. To be eligible, applicants must meet specific entry requirements and be employed in a relevant role.

Programme Highlights:

Training and Development: Participants will receive both on-the-job and academic training, covering essential skills such as substation maintenance, overhead line work, project management, and condition monitoring.

Support and Mentorship: Each apprentice will be assigned a Company Mentor and EA Training Apprenticeship Manager to support and mentor the apprentice through their programme.

End Point Assessment (EPA): The final phase includes a knowledge assessment, practical observations by external assessors, and a technical interview over approximately six months to verify competency.
