At this year’s Energy Event, Magnatech has announced that it will be showcasing its range of fuel conditioning systems, designed to dramatically reduce costs and carbon emissions for major energy users by maximising the efficiency of heating systems.

With independent verification from the Tritech ETV (Environmental Technology Verification) Project, Magnatech’s magnetic technology can reduce fuel consumption on existing systems – with typical results showing savings of around ten percent.

The systems use neodymium magnets to effectively enhance the combustion process. The magnets are fitted to the outside of fuel feed lines in a particular pattern to create a rise in flame temperature. This allows the system to reach the desired temperature sooner, which reduces overall fuel consumption.

Managing director, Ian Gander, said, “With typical payback periods of less than 12 months, no running or maintenance costs and a lifetime of savings, fuel conditioning is quickly becoming an obvious long term solution amongst major energy users looking for immediate and considerable savings. What’s more, it is quick and completely non-obtrusive to fit.

“Our units are successfully in use across the UK and globally, and we are currently working with international pharmaceutical companies, large scale food processing firms and even leading supermarket chains to create bespoke fuel conditioning solutions for their heating systems. Visitors to our stand at The Energy Event (D75) will have the opportunity to see how fuel conditioning can work to cut their buildings’ energy use, bills and emissions.”

Visitors will also have the option of booking a free site inspection with a fuel conditioning expert, who can provide bespoke insight into the most efficient type and sequence of magnets to meet their specific needs. Magnatech offers trials for those looking to gauge actual results, and a 100% money back guarantee for anyone who is not completely satisfied with the outcome.
