Solihull based eTech Solutions – a provider of mobile surveying software and property management solutions in the UK – has announced its acquisition of energy accreditation and training company ecmk.
ecmk was established 12 years ago in response to the increasing demand for training and accreditation of domestic energy assessors. Jim Driver, eTech’s managing director, said, “The acquisition of ecmk will enable us to deliver significant additional benefits to existing and future customers. The team at ecmk have a strong technical capability and provide a great fit with our culture and people. We are very pleased to be able to make this acquisition at a time when we are investing in many areas of the business”.
