SEFE Energy has opened an office in the Rotterdam World Trade Centre. The relocation will bring its Dutch and Belgian teams together into a single workspace designed to adapt as the business grows, in the heart of Europe’s energy hub.

Teams that were previously working separately across ‘s Hertogenbosch, Rijswijk and Belgium will now be based out of Rotterdam to better serve SEFE Energy’s growing roster of large corporate clients. These clients are drawn from across local and international enterprises including heavy industry, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, power generation and digital infrastructure.

SEFE Energy’s new hub in Rotterdam enables its teams to collaborate more closely and better provide the flexible and reliable service its customers need to navigate complexities in today’s dynamic energy market.

The office is located in a building that is certified as Very Good under the BREEAM-NL standard. Supplied with 100% renewable energy, the office reflects SEFE’s commitment to efficiency, ESG and sustainability, supported by high-quality indoor climate systems and a design that balances performance with comfort.

Mijke Kouwenhoven – van der Bruggen, EVP Account Management and Netherlands Country Head commented on the strategic impact of the move: “This change marks an important step forward for our business in the Netherlands and Belgium. It’s all about enabling growth by harnessing the combined expertise and experience of our Benelux offices to better serve the business energy market.”

Mijke added: “We’re excited to be located right in the heart of one of Europe’s most important energy hubs, allowing us to build stronger connections with our customers and partners, and further cement SEFE’s position as an international energy company.”
