Advantages
4 pass technology making it more efficient with low exit flue temperature
All 4VT’s are factory steam tested here at our HQ in Essex and can offer a higher output of steam.
Efficiency and Servicing
The burner is mounted in the mid-section and not at high level meaning the burner parts are easily accessible.
The feedwater pump is mounted on the boiler skid and is piped and wired.
They have a fully wired boiler control panel to provide audible and visual signals for effective boiler operation.
The flame does not pass under the bottom of the boiler.
4VT’s are mounted on their own skid assembly.
There is an aluminium band around the top and bottom of the case to prevent rusting over a long term.
The hand holes are not situated within the refractory.
The blowdown is located at the front of the boiler.
