Carlo Gavazzi have launched an exciting new range of single phase energy meters and analysers which utilise touch screen technology.

The EM110 is a single-phase energy meter with 6+1 digit electro-mechanical data display; suited to active energy metering and cost allocation in applications up to 45 A (direct connection), single tariff, class 1 energy meter perfect for when reading is still necessary during power down.  The meter is provided with pulse output proportional to the active energy being measured and is only 1 DIN wide.

EM111 and EM112 energy analysers offer outstanding ease of use and performance as a single-phase energy meter with backlit LCD display and integrated touch keypad.  Particularly suited to active energy metering and cost allocation in applications up to 45 A for EM111 and up to 100A for EM112 (direct connection), with dual tariff management availability.  Measuring kWh and kvarh imported and exported energy. The meter is optionally provided with pulse output, RS485 Modbus port or M-bus port and if space is ever a problem then the EM111 is only 1 DIN wide and 2 DIN wide for the 100A EM112.

Alan Hickman comments “Our unrivalled range of energy meters has now become ever more outstanding.  This latest Touch Screen Technology is now available on our meters which makes standard user operations such as page scrolling, programming and parameter checks not only simpler but faster; as well as, easy to read and avoids any mechanical issues normally associated with using traditional keypads.

The EM100 series ensures optimal performance in industries such as conventional energy, building automation, HVAC and sub metering applications such as shopping malls, public buildings, public lighting, commercial buildings, light and medium industries, lift and elevators and agricultural applications.
